THE CANDIDATE SHALL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
– definitive member of the Bar Association with 3-4 years of practice after the tenure exam;
– solid litigation practice in commercial and administrative law cases;
– positive attitude;
– strong sense of collegiality;
– deep awareness of the confidentiality duty;
– attention to the client’ needs and interests;
– capacity to work autonomously;
– ability to manage complex cases;
– capacity to take decisions under pressure;
– sound legal reasoning;
– versatility.
Very good English drafting and speaking skills, a PhD in law (even in progress) or a desire to pursue an academic career represents an advantage.
