Are you a fully qualified lawyer with a passion for litigation? We’re looking for a talented and proactive individual to join our dynamic team!
WHAT WE NEED
– Qualified Lawyer: Fully qualified lawyer (avocat definitiv) ready to take on new challenges.
– Legal Expertise: Experience in civil law, corporate law, labor law, data privacy, intellectual property law, and competition law. Sports law is a bonus! Consultancy experience is a plus.
– Language Skills: Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is essential; French is a plus.
– Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and legal tech platforms.
– Organized & Proactive: You manage your workload well and anticipate problems before they escalate.
– Business Mindset: You understand that legal work doesn’t happen in a vacuum, you think about the client’s business, not just the case.
YOUR ROLE
– Legal Analysis/Preparation of Cases: Prepare and manage cases, draft legal documents (complaints, defences, briefs), and handle court and institutional procedures.
– Representation: Appear before and liaise with authorities (e.g., Trade Registry, State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, Labor Office, courts).
– Legal Research: Conduct research on various legal issues and projects.
– Client Partnership: Work closely with clients’ in-house legal teams, acting as a seamless extension of their legal function.
– Internal Projects: Contribute to internal projects like drafting newsletters/articles, attending professional seminars, and networking meetings.
– Regional Collaboration: Engage with partner law offices across the region as part of our cross-border cooperation network.
