JOB SUMMARY
– through formal education, training and experience, the ideal candidate for the Real Estate Legal Adviser position should have knowledge and expertise regarding the commercial real estate environment, the legal system and substantive and procedural law which qualify him/her to do the legal work within the Legal Department under the supervision of the Legal Director of the Company;
– the candidate shall be responsible for coordinating and implementing all functions related to reviewing, negotiating and analyzing transactional real estate documents of a legal nature, mainly including, but not limited to lease agreements and the related issues;
– the candidate shall also have experience in working with state authorities such as Ministry of Finance, Land Book, Trade Registry etc.;
– form of collaboration is preferably by an individual labor contract.

QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications are the minimum necessary to adequately perform this job:
– bachelor’s degree in Law;
– at least four years work experience in legal real estate field required;
– excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with lease department on high volume of document production;
– demonstrate high degree of attention to detail and ability to organize and set work priorities. Exhibit self-direction and independent practice;
– able to continuously demonstrate flexibility, pro-activity, negotiation skills and ability to process multiple issues simultaneously;
– strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and English language.
