JOB DESCRIPTION
An opportunity is available for a high performing and extremely motivated lawyer at the Junior Associate level to join our employment team in Bucharest.

Our highly regarded employment team advises clients on cutting-edge employment projects (like restructuring or industrial relations issues) but also in several complex corporate transactions in the Romanian market (with TUPE implications), benefitting of a significant exposure to various employment matters.

The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with leading employment practitioners, and be responsible for advising and acting for local, regional and international clients from a wide variety of activity sectors.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have had successfully passed your Bar admission exam and ideally already acquired an -at least basic- level of experience in employment law at a recognized business law firm. Experience and/or eagerness to also work on the litigation front is a bonus.
