FINE LAW | PĂTRĂŞCANU & ASSOCIATES is looking for a Junior Associate to join the Commercial and Labour and Employment team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– assists in giving advice regarding various legal aspects concerning practice areas such as commercial law, corporate law, labour and employment law;
– performs technical research on various legal matters and drafting legal documents accurately;
– develops and maintains good communication channels with public authorities and institutions;
– works closely with Senior Associates;
– assists Senior Associates in preparation of memorandum, emails, file notes and ancillary documents in conjunction with serving the client (e.g., proposals, engagement letters, reports);
– client’s representation in front of different legal institutions/authorities;
– direct assistance to lawyers on any matter that comes up as part of the day-to-day business of providing legal services to leading international and domestic corporate clients;
– constantly follows-up with Senior Associates on related engagements;
– develops and maintains strong working relationships with colleagues and client personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
– law University graduate;
– member of the Romanian Bar (preferably Bucharest Bar);
– admitted to general practice as fully qualified lawyer;
– minimum 1 year of experience in Commercial and Employment Law;
– excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Romanian;
– proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
