Our team advises clients on all data protection matters, including compliance with specific data protection requirements applicable to clients ‘core business, marketing or employment activities, database sharing and data protection implications of M&A projects, both national and cross-border.
We perform data protection audits and hold trainings, as well as assist clients in implementing privacy requirements and drafting privacy language as part of their day-to-day activities.
REQUIREMENTS
– 3 years of effective practical experience in data protection matters;
– involvement in projects with an environment component is a plus;
– strong knowledge of civil and administrative law;
– a very good command of English;
– pro-active attitude, team player.
