An opportunity is available for a high performing, young and ambitious lawyer to join our team in Bucharest.
Our pharmaceutical regulatory team, widely recognized in the local market as a leading practice, has developed an excellent understanding of how businesses in this sector operate and of the regulatory and commercial issues affecting them.
The successful candidate will work in an inspiring and collaborative environment, together with reputed practitioners, with extensive expertise in dealing with the national and EU regulatory related aspects of manufacturing, supply, distribution and marketing, competition related matters, R&D and intellectual property strategy and tax.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have at least 1 year post admission experience at a recognized business law firm or in-house. You will also need to have a track record of consistent high performance during the academic studies and good results at the Bar admission exam and demonstrate at least some degree of demonstrable competition or regulated sector matter exposure. Experience in working for companies in regulated sectors is nice to have.
You will pride yourself on your exceptional client focus, legal, analytical and interpersonal skills, and you will be energized by working in a very driven, ambitious, hard-working and high performing team.
