PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
– up to 6 years expertise as a qualified lawyer;
– involvement in corporate M&A transactions (including transaction structuring, SPA negotiation, joint ventures and restructurings), due diligence and related advisory on corporate law and commercial matters;
– solid knowledge of civil law and commercial law;
– excellent communication and legal writing skills (business English);
– advanced PC knowledge;
– proactive attitude, attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to synthesize, ability to work on multiple projects.
