LUCU & ASOCIAȚII is recruiting a lawyer with 5+ years’ experience in commercial and corporate law.

CANDIDATES MUST BE
– thoroughly prepared in business law matters, having being exposed previously to international clients and complex transactions;
– capable to draft legal documents and communicate in English language;
– highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
– able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day – to – day issues and have above-average relationship and client-handling skills;
– a team player.

Past experience in coordinating project teams will be considered a plus.
