OUR TAX SERVICES INCLUDE
– tax advisory services & Registration;
– tax structuring – optimization of group structure and internal operations for tax purposes;
– tax reviews (due diligence reports, in-depth and red flag);
– assistance during tax inspections, including VAT reimbursements;
– tax litigation and tax appeals – our tax & litigation departments are well equipped to assist clients with all instances of tax litigation, from the administrative procedure and up to court representation.

We are looking for a great Tax Specialist to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of experience as in-house lawyer or tax consultant;
– degree in accounting/finance/tax or any other related field OR a member of Bucharest Bar Association specialized in taxation;
– proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with highly experienced business and tax professionals;
– good knowledge of MS Office (focus on Excel).
