PAVEL, MĂRGĂRIT & ASSOCIATES Romanian Law Firm is looking for a Junior Associate Lawyer.

Candidates graduated the Bar exam are eligible for this position with the firm.
As a Junior lawyer in our team, you will work on various matters, corporate, commercial and M&A and litigation matters. You will have research and discovery activities, drafting petition forms, answering to petitions, drafting and revising contracts, notifications, immigration and citizenship cases, working in the firm legal projects, memorandums, going to Court hearings when decided by the supervisors. You will have the fieldwork tasks, dealing with various institutions and wherever it will be asked to go and this field work may last up to 50% of the daily work time.
Your work will be supervised in our Law Firm and you will have well defined objectives and performance appraisal evaluation.
As a Junior lawyer in our team you will work with high value mandates and top international and Romanian clients.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
– advanced writing and communication skills in English (any other foreign language is an advantage);
– excellent drafting skills, problem solver, loyalty and dedication, integrity;
– team player, the ability to prioritize work time across a number of busy matters, a strong client service focus and proper work ethic, good communicator, flexible and adaptable person.
