FIODOROV & PARTNERS, a growing law firm located in the heart of the city, is seeking a skilled lawyer with at least 2 years of experience in corporate and real estate law to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– provide legal advice and assistance on corporate and real estate matters to clients;
– draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds;
– conduct legal research and analysis;
– represent clients in negotiations and disputes;
– collaborate with team members and senior lawyers on complex cases;
– stay up-to-date on legal amendments in relevant laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS
– a law degree from a reputable university;
– at least 2 years of experience in corporate and real estate law;
– strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
– xcellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– ability to work independently and as part of a team;
– proficiency in English;
– knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
– ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
