APPLE SEARCH is looking for a litigator for a successful and well-regarded boutique law firm in Bucharest.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– legal representation in court;
– drafting documents in order to assist clients before the courts, such as the requests to call in court, meetings, requests for intervention, appeal, appeal, etc;
– assistance and representation in front of public institutions.
REQUIREMENTS
– full right attorney with 3 years of experience;
– good knowledge of civil law and civil procedure, commercial law, administrative and fiscal litigation;
– proactive attitude and positive approach to work, strong analytical ability, excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills;
– experience in representing clients in courts;
– experience in dealing with public institution;
– excellent written and spoken English
– travel availability.
