PRINCIPALELE RESPONSABILITĂȚI
– cercetare/documentare juridică şi redactare cereri, note şi alte asemenea în materie civilă, asigurări/drept penal;
– susținerea cauzelor în faţa instanțelor de judecată;
– consiliere juridică și reprezentarea clienților în cazuri de competenţa avocatului stagiar.

CONSTITUIE UN AVANTAJ
– cunoașterea legislaţiei din domeniul respunerii civilă auto pentru prejudiciile produse terților prin accidente de vehicule şi tramvaie;
– permis de conducere categoria B.
