We are looking for 2 corporate / M&A lawyers (2 years of experience) to join RTPR.

REQUIREMENTS
– lawyer with 2 years of experience in corporate/M&A (the candidates should have passed the Definitivat exam in 2021);
– sector experience (energy, healthcare, pharma etc.) or experience in other practice areas such as competition, employment etc. would be an advantage;
– excellent English skills;
– detail-focused and self-motivated approach;
– strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines;
– excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships internally and externally;
– collaborative team player with the ability to develop and work in a fast paced, intellectually rigorous environment.

CANDIDATUL IDEAL / CERINŢE
– minim 5 ani experienţă în consultanţă corporate, civil;
– persoană organizată cu o gândire critică;
– cunoaşterea limbii engleze la un nivel avansat, scris şi vorbit – limbaj juridic;

DESCRIEREA POSTULUI
– activităţii de consultanţă din cadrul societăţii;
– redactare opinii juridice şi memorandumuri;
– redactare şi revizuire contracte;
– redactarea de cereri de chemare în judecată (cereri cu valoare redusă, ordonanţe de plată etc.);
– gestionarea şi urmărirea unui volum mare de dosare constituite ca urmare a introducerii cererilor de chemare în judecată;
– redactarea şi depunerea tuturor documentelor procedurale necesare susţinerii poziţiei clienţilor în dosarele astfel constituite;
– redactare/revizuire cereri specifice procedurii de executare silită;
– transmiterea cazurilor către executorii judecătoreşti, păstrarea legăturii cu executorii judecătoreşti şi formularea de răspunsuri în concordanţă cu solicitările acestora;
– reprezentarea în faţa executorilor judecătoreşti;
– gestionarea cazurilor încredinţate în softul intern prin completarea informaţiilor obţinute de la debitori, instituţii publice, instanţe judecătoreşti sau de la executorii judecătoreşti;
– întocmirea de rapoarte în vederea transmiterii unor situaţii actualizate către clienţi;
– participarea la întâlnirile cu clienţii/ întâlniri interne.
