JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate should have knowledge and expertise regarding the commercial real estate environment, the legal system and substantive and procedural law.

The main responsibilities are to implement functions related to documents organization, reviewing, negotiating and analyzing transactional real estate documents of a legal nature, mainly including, but not limited to purchasing and lease agreements and the related issues.

The candidate shall also have experience in working with state authorities such as Ministry of Finance, Land Book, Trade Registry etc.

This is a full time position at the company’s premises; it implies fixed monthly remuneration and opportunities to grow within a team of professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications are necessary to adequately perform this job:
– bachelor’s degree in Law;
– at least two years work experience in legal real estate field required;
– excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Romanian and English (the knowledge of any other language represents an advantage);
– ability to work collaboratively with all of the company’s departments on high volume of document production;
– demonstrate high degree of attention to detail and ability to organize and follow work priorities;
– exhibit self-direction and independent practice;
– able to continuously demonstrate flexibility, pro-activity, negotiation skills and ability to process multiple issues simultaneously;
– strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
