HAMMOND PARTNERSHIP a Bucharest based international law firm is expanding and looking for an intern.

APPLICANTS WILL HAVE TO MEET THE FOLLOWING GENERAL ABILITIES
– be a law student or graduate of Law School;
– have good written and spoken English;
– have a proactive attitude and positive approach to work, with a strong analytical ability, excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills;
– be a team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable.

The main areas of activity will be to deal with legal activities and internal administrative matters such as
– drafting legal documents;
– performing research on different legal matters/verifying latest laws and regulations- both EU and Romanian;
– preparing documents/files to be sent to Court or other public institutions;
– collections and deliveries as required;
– assisting with the day to day activities of the Firm as required by the partners and other members of the firm.

HAMMOND PARTNERSHIP a Bucharest based law firm with international and national connections specializing in commercial and civil law is continuing to expand it’s office in Bucharest.

Our clients range from major international companies to SME’s entering the Romanian market, so the work is varied often with a foreign element as well as dealing with Romanian legal issues. We believe in bringing forward the best young lawyers.

We are currently looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our team and build a future in the law.

SUCH A PERSON WILL
– have been admitted in the Bar as a junior lawyer in either 2017 or 2018;
– have a solid knowledge of civil law and an understanding of commercial law;
– have excellent communication and legal writing skills;
– have a command of written and spoken English;
– have advanced PC knowledge;
– have a desire to succeed; be proactive, have attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to synthesize, ability to work on multiple projects and have a sense of humor.
