HAMMOND PARTNERSHIP is currently looking to expand its team and is looking for Legal Advisor / Councilor based in Bucharest.
LEGAL EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS
– solid knowledge of civil law and commercial law;
– solid knowledge of Romanian court procedure;
– experience in fields of civil law, insolvency, and multiple claims collection;
– experience in drafting and providing advice and writing legal opinions.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
– good communication and legal writing skills in both Romanian and English;
– proactive attitude, attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to synthesize, ability to work on multiple projects, team player.
