CANDIDATES’ PROFILE
– 0-6 years’ experience;
– structured logical and analytical thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
– member of the Bar;
– fluent in both written and spoken English;
– must possess excellent organizational and planning abilities;
– must be analytical characters with peculiar focus on details;
– must have the ability to interact with people and lead them towards the desired result with diplomacy;
– important are qualities like desire to develop, openness to challenge, out-of-the-box thinking.
Areas of expertise (for the experienced lawyers with more than 2 years experience – preferably to have worked in at least one of the above): Energy/ M&A/ Financing/ Corporate and commercial contracts/ Construction.
