We are seeking for a corporate lawyer to join our growing corporate and commercial practice and to be involved in corporate organizations and re-organizations, fiscal and commercial practice area.

The successful candidate will have minimum 2+ years of corporate experience, preferably gained within a law firm and be member of a Romanian Bar Association. The successful candidate will also have excellent drafting and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to handle files independently and as part of a team, a desire to exceed expectations, and a knowledge of commercial and/or tax law as it applies to corporate issues.
