– coach more junior associates, by providing high quality on-the-job training and guidance;

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
– law school graduate and Bar membership;
– usually 5 to 10+ years of professional experience in a law firm, out of which minimum three years’ experience in the real estate practice (e.g. RE transactions, due diligence and related advisory) are required;
– former in-house counsels in RE companies or investment funds are welcomed to apply;
– sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, very good legal writing skills;
– fluency in written/spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage;
– team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable.
