PROFILUL CANDIDATULUI
– avocat, membru al Baroului Bucureşti;
– între 6 luni – 5 ani de experienţă în domeniul dreptului comercial/societar;
– bună cunoaştere a limbii engleze;
– capacitate şi dorinţa de învăţare continuă;
– să fie o persoană pozitivă şi proactivă, cu capacitate de lucru în echipă;
– să fie o persoană organizată, cu atenţie la detalii;
– cunostiinte operare PC.

RESPONSABILITĂŢI
– redactarea de acte juridice: contracte, notificări, opinii;
– reprezentarea clienţilor în faţa autorităţilor statului;
– reprezentarea clienţilor în instanţă.
