CANDIDAŢII VOR TREBUI SĂ ÎNDEPLINEASCĂ URMĂTOARELE CONDIŢII GENERALE
– să fie absolvenți ai Facultăţii de Drept care au acumulat practică în timpul anilor de studii şi au promovat examenul de admitere în profesia de avocat – sesiunea aprilie 2024;
– să dovedească cunoştinţe juridice temeinice;
– să dețină cunoștințe avansate de limba engleză;
– să aibă capacitate de a organizare și sinteză, atenție la detalii, proactivitate;
– să aibă excelente abilităţi de comunicator şi jucător în echipă;
– să aibă cunoştinţe operare PC.

POZIȚIA PRESUPUNE, ÎN PRINCIPAL, URMĂTOARELE ACTIVITĂȚI PROFESIONALE
– gestionarea eficientă a mandatelor, acestea fiind cu precădere în domeniul asigurărilor, precum și în materia contenciosului administrativ și a achizițiilor publice;
– urmărirea termenelor limită, analiza documentelor relevante, pregătirea dosarelor și comunicarea cu clienții;
– realizarea cercetărilor juridice și analiza jurisprudenței relevante pentru proiectele aflate în lucru, precum și redactarea diverselor documente;
– participarea la ședințe de judecată și alte proceduri, conform competențelor, inclusiv pregătirea probelor, a actelor procedurale, susținerea concluziilor;
– lucrul în strânsă colaborare cu avocatul coordonator, avocații seniori și alți membri ai echipei pentru a asigura o reprezentare eficientă a clienților.
