Very good written and spoken English is a must; knowledge of further foreign languages is an advantage.

Given the limited size and location of our office, the candidate will need to be willing to be „on call” at unusual times to manage his/her share of the office’s workload as well as liaise with clients in multiple time zones. – documentarea juridică în vederea formulării acţiunilor în instanţă;
– urmărirea “la zi” a modificărilor legislative;
– redactarea de cereri de chemare în judecată, note scrise, concluzii etc;
– întocmirea dosarelor pentru instanţă şi completarea acestora;
– depunerea dosarelor în instanţă;
– depuneri/ridicări cereri în instanţă şi la diverse instituţii;
– gestionarea activităţilor de traducere şi legalizare a actelor necesare în dosarele în care este implicat;
– reprezentare la Registrul Comerţului.
