CERINȚE
Candidaţii vor trebui să îndeplinească următoarele condiţii generale:
– să dovedeasca cunoştinţe juridice temeinice;

– cunoaşterea limbii române la un nivel superior şi o bună stăpânire a limbii engleze (cunoştinţele de limba franceză, germană, italiană şi/sau spaniolă pot fi considerate un avantaj);
– capacitatea de a reacţiona rapid şi de a lua decizii corecte în momente critice, asumându-şi responsabilităţi;
– să aibă excelente abilităţi de comunicator şi jucător în echipă;
– să aibă cunoştinţe operare PC.

We are looking for an experienced mid-level associate with excellent competition, corporate and employment legal skills for our Bucharest office, qualified to practice in Romanian, with a minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in the competition, corporate and employment practice. Candidates must be team players and commercially minded, with demonstrated abilities to work proactively as part of a high-calibre team.

Very good written and spoken English is a must; knowledge of further foreign languages is an advantage.

The job will involve client facing and matter management responsibilities from the outset to completion projects, and will involve responsibility for multiple projects at any given time. Given the limited size and location of our office, the candidate will need to be willing to be „on call” at unusual times to manage his/her share of the office’s workload as well as liaise with clients in multiple time zones. The candidate will join a team of dedicated qualified lawyers throughout the Emerging Europe region, benefitting from excellent support in their activities.
