CERINŢE OBLIGATORII AVOCAT DEFINITIV
– cunoştinţe teoretice solide de drept;
– 5 ani experienţă susţinută în consultanţă/litigii comerciale şi civile şi drept penal;
– cunoaşterea limbilor engleză şi franceză la nivel avansat. Cunoaşterea limbii italiane reprezintă un plus;
– persoane dedicate, serioase, motivate, rezistente la stres;
– foarte bune abilităţi de comunicare şi lucru în echipă.

International consulting company is looking for senior lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar, with 5-8 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.

REQUIRED SKILLS
– graduate of the Law Faculty-State University;
– good knowledge of civil, commercial and corporate law;
– good drafting and negotiation skills;
– team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable;
– good computer literacy – MS Office, Outlook;
– fluency in written and spoken English is a must, fluency in written and spoken Italian is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– drawing up legal documents for the Trade Registry procedures (company set-up, amendments, mergers, spin-off procedures, etc.)
– providing legal advice and law interpretation, regarding specific transactions/procedures;
– drawing up/ interpretation of a wide range of commercial contracts;
– advice and assist in all legal and administrative matters related to corporate/commercial transactions;
– providing assistance and representation in fiscal/labour/debt recovery litigations.
