BOSCOLO & PARTNERS is looking for junior lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar, with 1-3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.

REQUIRED SKILLS
– graduate of the Law Faculty-State University;
– good knowledge of civil, commercial and corporate law;
– good drafting and negotiation skills;
– team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable;
– good computer literacy – MS Office, Outlook;
– fluency in written and spoken English is a must, fluency in written and spoken Italian is an advantage.

RESPONSABILITIES
– drawing up legal documents for the Trade Registry procedures (company set-up, amendments, mergers, spin-off procedures, etc.);
– providing legal advice and law interpretation, regarding specific transactions/procedures;
– drawing up/ interpretation of a wide range of commercial contracts;
– advice and assist in all legal and administrative matters related to corporate/commercial transactions;
– providing assistance and representation in fiscal/labour/debt recovery litigations.

Boscolo & Partners was incorporated in November 1994 for the purposes of providing services to foreign investors in Romania in the following professional areas — consulting and financial advisory services, legal services, audit. Starting September 2016, Boscolo & Partners has joined the network Crowe Global and represents the network in Romania.

The Company’s law department provides assistance on various matters including corporate and commercial law, civil law, real estate, employment, fiscal and commercial litigation. Currently, in the law department of Bucharest work four senior lawyers and two legal assistants.

An opportunity is available for a high performing, young and ambitious lawyer at the Associate level to join our employment team in Bucharest.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be a qualified lawyer, with experience at a recognized business law firm or in-house and some degree of demonstrable employment law exposure.
You will also need to demonstrate a strong willingness to pursue a carrier in the employment law area as well as a track record of consistent high performance during the academic studies. A comprehensive background in litigation domain is a plus, while experience in working for international companies is nice to have.
