WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently looking for an associate lawyer, with 1 to 4 years from Bar admission, to be based on Bucharest, willing to learn and practice mainly in gambling, privacy, corporate and commercial law.

We are open-minded, considering us as the client’ friend and we are interested in people who share that quality. Naturally, we are looking for individuals who can commit to a long collaboration.

Beyond this, we want to see evidence of teamwork, motivation and drive, communication skills, planning and organization, critical thinking, commercial awareness and commitment to a career within the gambling field.

PE CINE CAUTAM
– studii în domeniul juridic finalizate;
– experienţă relevantă în funcţia de data protection officer/ /compliance officer/jurist de minim 6 luni (cumulate pentru funcţiile menţionate anterior);
– cunoştinţe avansate de legislaţie privind protecţia datelor cu caracter personal (Regulamentul UE nr. 2016/679, ghidurile emise de Grupul de Lucru Art. 29, Legea nr. 506/2004 etc.);
– constituie un avantaj experienţă/cunoştinţele în IT;
– cunoştinţe operare PC (Microsoft Office) şi de realizare a prezentărilor;
– limba Engleza- nivel mediu/avansat, scris şi vorbit;
– orientare spre rezultate, cu simţ de răspundere, capabil să lucreze eficient;
– abilităţi de analiză şi sinteză;
– imparţialitate;
– fire analitică pentru a identifica riscuri la nivelul activităţii unei companii şi de a propune măsuri de prevenire său eliminare a acestora;
– abilităţi de comunicare, capacitatea de a respecta termenele-limita de lucru, iniţiativă, atitutidine pozitivă;
– experienţă în administrarea comunicării profesionale cu consultanţii externi, autorităţile de supraveghere şi instituţii publice.

CE VA FACE
– oferă consultanţă şi suport în procesele de evaluare şi implementare a prevederilor GDPR;
– propune planuri de îmbunătăţire a proceselor din activitate; evaluează riscurile la care poate fi supusă compania în activitatea sa din perspectiva GDPR;
– analizează şi verifică conformitatea operaţiunilor de prelucrare a datelor cu caracter personal;
– nonitorizează respectarea prevederilor GDPR, a altor dispoziţii de drept comunitar sau de drept intern referitoare la protecţia datelor şi a politicilor companiei în ceea ce priveşte protecţia datelor cu caracter personal, inclusiv alocarea responsabilităţilor şi acţiunile necesare şi de formare a personalului implicat în operaţiunile de prelucrare, precum şi auditurile aferente;
– redactează contracte de prelucrare a datelor cu caracter personal (DPA);
– verifică şi valideaza din perspectiva protecţiei datelor cu caracter personal regulamente, documente;
– elaborează inventarul şi deţine un registru al operaţiunilor de prelucrare a datelor cu caracter personal din cadrul societăţii;
– informează, consiliază și emite recomandări în ceea ce priveşte protecţia datelor cu caracter personal;
– implementează şi monitorizează cerinţele impuse cu privire la protecţia datelor cu caracter personal;
– participă în mod activ la realizarea evaluărilor de tip DPIA.
