HRISTESCU & PARTNERS is looking for a lawyer with strong experience in consultancy matters (civil and commercial) and incidental litigation matters, mainly related to banking and non-banking industry, payment services and e-money institutions, with a wide view in all type of civil and commercial matters.
The candidate should have a strong set of strong soft skills in working and communicating directly with clients, teamwork and team cooperation, deep understanding of a large variety of matters, strong adaptability and critical thinking.
Hristescu & Partners has over a decade of expertise in corporate law and litigation and is strong in banking and non-banking sectors, litigation, data protection, sports, IP and tech industries. We have a secondary office in Rome and members of an international alliance of law firms present in over 45 jurisdictions.

OUR PRACTICAL REQUIREMENTS
– previous experience of 2 to 6 years in consultancy and incidental litigation;
– proficiency in legal English (written and spoken);
– other foreign languages are a plus;
– open-mindedness;
– critical thinking;
– openness to continuous professional training, team spirit, adaptability and presence of mind;
– proficiency in legal writing, including research and exploring topics of interest in the continuously changing legal field.
