RESPONSABILITĂŢI
– responsabil cu îndeplinirea formelor legale specifice activităţii de executare silită;
– planificarea, organizarea, controlul şi monitorizarea efectuării acţiunilor necesare procesului de executare silită desfăşurate de executorii judecătoreşti colaboratori;
– managementul relaţiei cu executorii judecătoreşti în toată ţara;
– furnizează feedback constant în scopul sporirii eficienţei în cadrul procesului de executare silită;
– verifică respectarea condiţiilor contractuale de către Executorii Judecătoreşti colaboratori;
– monitorizarea performanţei şi propune măsuri de îmbunătăţire în relaţia cu Executorii Judecătoreşti colaboratori.

CERINŢE
– experienţă în executarea silită minim 3 ani;
– abilităţi foarte bune de comunicare şi negociere;
– abilităţi de organizare, planificare şi coordonare;
– abilităţi de analiză a indicatorilor de performanţă şi de stabilire a planurior de acţiune corespunzătoare;
– capacitatea de a soluţiona problemele;
– cunoştinţe Microsoft Office nivel avansat.
