ANCA VĂTĂȘOIU | Your Agile Employment Lawyer is expanding its team of lawyers.
We are looking for two enthusiastic, agile lawyers to join our team in Associate full time roles.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS
– a lawyer (member of a Bar Association) with 2 to 5 years of legal experience, with former experience in Employment and Labor legislation as a mandatory criterion;
– proficient in legal English (speaking and writing);
– experience in court litigation is a plus;
– accustomed to working under tight deadlines, prepared to make rapid decisions and adapt to changes in the course of action.
YOUR ROLE WOULD REQUIRE
– drafting legal documents specific to Employment and Labor law (memoranda, analysis, dismissal paperwork, litigation documentation etc.);
– attending court hearings and meetings with other state authorities;
– preparation of newsletters and reports on legislative changes and case law development.
