ȚUCA ZBÂRCEA & ASOCIAȚII is growing its Tech & Data Privacy team and looking for a highly motivated Lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience in tech and/ or
data protection law.

REQUIREMENTS
– Experience: 2 to 5 years of legal experience with a clear focus on data protection and tech law;
– Legal Expertise: in-depth knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/ or relevant tech regulations (AI Act included), plus related regulatory guidelines; very good ability to provide clear and practical legal advice on data privacy and tech related matters;
– Key Skills: excellent legal research and legal drafting skills; outstanding analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills;
– Personal Attributes: strong sense of professional integrity, detail-oriented, well-organized, and adaptable;
– Collaboration: team player, able to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients, willing to mentor junior colleagues when needed;
– Languages: fluent in English, both written and spoken.
