PROFILUL FIRMEI
CMS CAMERON MCKENNA is looking for: LAWYER – Energy Skills/Experience
– proven experience in corporate-commercial law and transactions with focus on Energy (electricity, oil&gas, environmental matters);
– strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills;
– pragmatic approach to problem solving;
– excellent communication skills (business English) Education/Professional Qualifications;
– degree from a reputable law school;
– post graduate qualification in Romania or abroad is a plus;
– definitive lawyer;
– member of the Bar Association – mandatory;
– minimum two years legal experience in a reputable law firm;
– excellent business English and professional legal writing skills.
OTHER ATTRIBUTES
– hardworking, enthusiastic, open-minded, team player and flexible;
– language skills;
– an ability to master new fields of knowledge and law.
