WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO
– is a Romanian Qualified Lawyer with 5/6 years of experience in Corporate/M&A, having assisted clients in complex mandates and with good knowledge of Corporate/M&A law and practices;
– is a team player driven by enthusiasm, integrity and loyalty;
– has an excellent command of English language;
– has computer skills (MS Office, Windows OS, Internet Explorer).
