Candidates must have appropriate knowledge, solid analytical and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a highly motivated, alert, friendly, flexible and proactive person for legal secretary position.

Candidates must have appropriate office experience, solid communication and multitask skills, excellent customer service abilities, capacity to work under pressure; MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook), Adobe required; Fluent in English.

CANDIDATUL IDEAL

– limba engleză avansat (scris/vorbit);

RESPONSABILITĂŢI
– activități de consultanță juridică (în materia dreptului proprietății intelectuale și a dreptului comercial) şi reprezentare în instanţă;
– vei redacta contracte şi opinii juridice pe diferite aspecte de drept comercial şi dreptul muncii;
– vei reprezenta clienţii societăţii în faţa diferitelor instituţii sau asociaţii (ONRC, ORDA, ANPC, RAC, etc);
– un avocat bun, este mereu la “la zi” cu modificările legislative – avem pretenția să fii și tu la fel.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
– minimum 4 years experience;
– very good knowledge of English legal terminology;
– experience in consultancy provided to clients from at least 2 -3 industries;
– good communications and negotiations skills;
– efficient, reliable, analytical, flexible and adaptable;
– strong negotiations skills;
– previous experience working in commercial environment, as an in house Lawyer or as a Legal Advisor would be a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION
– counseling the Company in connection with its relationships with debtors, authorities;
– counseling the Company in connection with its contractual relation with its contractual relationships with commercial partners;
– providing legal opinions in connections in connection with the recovery procedure;
– drafting and amending several types of agreements and documents;
– ensure that all matters related to the bad debts recovery procedure are timely solved;
– responsible to implement all regulatory requirements;
– drafting and amending Corporate documents;
– drafting documents on various matters pertaining to the Company current activities, as well as legal opinions on specific legal matters;
– negotiating the agreements to be concluded by the Company.
