EURO GAMES TECHNOLOGY ROMÂNIA is looking for a Deputy Manager.

DEPARTMENT: Juridic

INTERNAL RELATIONAL SPHERE
– subordinated to: department Manager;
– superior for: Legal assistant;
– functional relationships: with other Department Managers, members of the company;
– cooperation relations: with all other company departments.

EXTERNAL RELATIONAL SPHERE
– with public authorities and institutions;
– with private legal entities.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
– consult management on legal issues;
– conduct the due diligence evaluation process for all partner companies and provide legal advice;
– manage all rent & sales contract process;
– monitor the execution of the rent & sale agreements, of the contract with suppliers etc;
– ensure that all deadlines and conditions set forth in the contracts (eg collections, payments) are met;
– prepare supporting documents related to the rent & sales processes;
– analyze the potential risks involved in the terms of the contract;
– inform the head of other departments on the violations of the contract terms, reviews and updates the existing contracts, explaining the terms and conditions to managers and interested parties;
– maintain a defined system of physical and electronic records;
– follow up on contract validity periods to determine renewal dates when required;
– handle regulatory issues including governmental filings, licenses, approvals and registration of the company;
– ensure all corporate documents i.e. licenses, branch licenses, permits and authorizations are renewed, upgraded on time, valid at all time and in line with constantly changing laws and business models of the company;
– knowledge of legislative changes and coordination with other departments when needed;
– coordinates the relation with the in-house or outsource lawyers;
– reviews any complaints and inquiries that are sent to the Legal department;
– ensures adherence to all compliance obligations set both externally (through legislation, regulation, or industry guidelines) and with related internal policies and procedures;
– assists the Manager and all other team members in any other matters as so required from time to time;
– to represent the company and its officials in front of control authorities;
– research and update legal knowledge;
– translate documents and review translation works.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT(S)
– minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial/corporate practice at reputable law firm or private company;
– good understanding of corporate and commercial transactions and direct involvement in handling rent & sales commercial contracts;
– having experience in working with authorities, creating and maintaining relationship with authorities;
– ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executives;
– self-starter, self-motivated, responsible, trustworthy, and hard-working;
– good research, analytical skills, and logical thinking;
– ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure;
– excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
– excellent verbal and written communications skills in English;
– SAP experience is a plus.
