Solicităm bune cunoștințe teoretice ale dreptului comercial și civil, precum și ale procedurii civile. De asemenea, este importantă o foarte bună cunoaștere a limbii române, ușurința şi fluența în exprimarea scrisă şi vorbită. Constituie un avantaj cunoașterea dreptului insolvenței, dreptului fiscal și administrativ.

Căutam persoane serioase, responsabile, care doresc crearea și dezvoltarea unei cariere în cadrul unei societăți de avocați specializată în materia dreptului afacerilor (drept fiscal, recuperare de creanțe, litigii și consultanță în materie comercială etc.).

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY AT LAW WITH
– 3-4 years of professional experience from Bar admission, with focus on real estate;
– top-level theoretical knowledge in Romanian law;
– business acumen, proactive attitude and positive approach, commitment to team work and client service;
– excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English (good knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage);
– curiosity and interest in continuous learning and development.
