SIOUFAS & ASSOCIATES Law Firm, one of the biggest Greek law firms with a wide portfolio of clients, is currently seeking to recruit a senior in-house lawyer for an exclusive, full-time collaboration.

JOB DESCRIPTION
– legal representation of corporate and private clients;
– representing the company in courts and any other institutions that the company interferes with;
– composing / drafting legal documents;
– participation in meetings and communicating with customers;
– preparing the applications for the execution files – maintaining the relationship with the executors;
– advise management team and colleagues regarding legal procedures and practices and be updated with legislation alterations;
– advise and monitoring of the activities of junior lawyers;
– tracking and improving the monitoring activities of external lawyers and bailiffs;
– provide timely and accurate legal advice on all issues affecting the operations of the company.

REQUIRED SKILLS
– at least six-year of litigation experience;
– knowledge and work experience in commercial/civil law cases is mandatory;
– knowledge of tax/administrative law will be considered an asset;
– experience in coordinating a team of lawyers, will be considered an asset;
– excellent communication and organization skills;
– advanced knowledge of English language;
– advanced PC skills.
