THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA
We are looking for associates to practice in our Real Estate sector. We are looking for candidates with anywhere from 2 to 4 years of experience, with preference for any or all of the following skills sets/practice:
– experience in leasing matters, either for tenants or landlords, in all asset categories (office, logistics, retail);
– construction law matters, including drafting and negotiating construction agreements;
– title investigations;
– experience in environmental law matters.

Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.

RESPONSABILITĂŢI
– redactare şi gestionare contracte;
– facturare, urmărirea situaţiei facturilor şi încasărilor;
– organizarea, coordonarea şi controlul desfăşurării eficiente a activităţii financiar – contabile a societăţii;
– efectuarea de statistici financiare şi economice;
– evidenţa furnizorilor şi clienţilor;
– raportări interne de analiză economico-financiară solicitate de către conducerea societăţii;
– gestionarea relaţiei cu autorităţile fiscale şi asigurarea conformităţii activităţii societăţii cu reglementările fiscale.

CERINŢE
– studii superioare;
– experienţa într-o poziţie similară poate constitui un avantaj;
– cunoştinţe avansate de operare PC: MS Office (Word, Excel, programe de contabilitate);
– cunoştinţe avansate de limbă engleză;
– abilităţi de analiză, sinteză şi raportare;
– abilitatea de prioritizare a sarcinilor şi de a respecta termenele.
