WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
– recent bar admission or up to 1 year of post-bar experience, with a foundational understanding of Romanian corporate, commercial, labour, and intellectual property law;
– active membership or eligibility for membership with the Romanian Bar. Dual-qualified lawyers will be given consideration;
– proactive and eager to learn, with a commitment to working independently and as part of a team;
– previous exposure to a law firm environment or legal internships, especially in corporate or intellectual property law, is beneficial;
– demonstrated problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude;
– a strong academic background in law, with an interest in pursuing further specialization (LLM) in corporate, immigration, labour, or intellectual property law;
– tech adaptability: Basic familiarity with project management tools, CRMs, Asana, Excel, and other digital platforms.

LANGUAGES
Fully proficient in English and Romanian. Additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish) are a plus.
