CERINŢE
– absolvent Universitate – Facultatea de Drept (licenţiat);
– experienţă profesională între 2 şi 5 ani în poziţia de avocat (reprezintă un avantaj experienţa profesională pe drept civil şi comercial, în piaţa financiară non-bancară/bancară);
– disponibilitate pentru deplasări în afara oraşului;
– cunoştinţe solide în ceea ce priveşte dreptul civil şi procedura civilă; dreptul comercial; dreptul penal şi procedura penală; contencios administrativ; dreptul fiscal;
