CERINŢE MINIME DE COMPETENŢĂ
– educaţie minimă: studii universitare juridice (constituie avantaj studiile postuniversitare de specialitate juridică);
– minimum 10 ani experienţă în poziţii similare şi în asigurarea consultanţei în domeniile sus-menţionate;
– experiență în susținerea în instanță a acțiunilor aferente achizițiilor publice;

REQUIREMENTS
– more than two years of professional experience in M&A/ corporate law;
– experience in the energy or insurance field is considered an advantage;
– strong knowledge of commercial and civil law;
– a very good command of English;
– pro-active attitude, team player.
