MARAVELA & ASOCIAŢII is looking for next senior associate.
We are expanding our consultancy team and we are looking for a talented and experienced lawyer, with minimum 2-3 years post final Bar qualification.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
– practical experience of minimum 2-3 years since final Bar qualification out of which at least 2 years within a law firm with a team of at least 10 lawyers;
– sound knowledge of corporate, commercial, M&A, banking & finance and competition is required; further experience in regulatory & compliance including competition matters is a plus;
– advanced English (written and spoken) as well as strong knowledge of legal English terms and terminology;
– openness to continuous professional training, team spirit and adaptability to firm`s policies;
– patience and dedication to forming junior team members;
– LL.M awarded by a foreign university is a plus.
