Senior Lawyer for our office in Bucharest who
– has 3 – 5 years of work experience in a law firm, with a well-developed knowledge of data protection and privacy legislation;
– has a Law Degree from a leading university;
– membership of a Bar in Romania;
– is an ambitious and dedicated mid-level lawyer, open to technology, and is highly engaged in each project;
– has knowledgeable about data protection and interested to dive into the subject;
– is able to lead preliminary consultations, work on development of proposals, drafting and negotiations, and throughout the implementation;
– is highly collaborative and has excellent communication skills both in Romanian and English;
– is capable of working in teams on complex projects and for sophisticated clients;
– experience in GDPR projects is highly desirable.

(Senior) Lawyer in Financial Services for our office in Bucharest who
– has 3-4 years of work experience in banking & finance (e.g., legal and regulatory framework applicable to banks, non-banking financial institutions, other payment service providers, experience with drafting/reviewing and/or amending loan and security documentation, consumer protection aspects);
– has a Law Degree from a leading university;
– membership of a Bar in Romania;
– is knowledgeable on international and EU legal standards;
– displays business drive, team spirit and is strongly pro-active;
– has excellent research and communication skills;
– has an excellent command of professional English (professional knowledge of another foreign language and relevant work experience would be a plus);
– is IT literate;
– is fully-fledged lawyer;
– has an eye for detail as well as analytical skills.

SCOPUL POSTULUI
Asigurarea în numele Societăţii a suportului pentru Departamentul de Vânzări şi Marketing, începând din faza de precontractare, încheierea contractelor de vânzare, încheierea contractelor cu băncile finanţatoare, cu respectarea dispoziţiilor legale şi contractuale în materie, conform drafturilor aprobate de conducerea societăţii.

RESPONSABILITĂŢI PRINCIPALE
– ţine evidenţa documentelor aferente proprietăţilor Societăţii;
– ţine evidenţa contractelor de vânzare pe baza informărilor primite de la departamentul de vânzări şi marketing;
– completează la zi baza de date cu privire la contractele încheiate;
– redactează drafturile de împuterniciri;
– verifică contractele înainte de semnare;
– transmite notarilor documentele aferente încheierii contractelor de vânzare / promisiunilor de vânzare;
– predă consultanţilor de vânzări documentele de proprietate necesare a fi predate cumpărătorilor;
– prezintă notarilor actele de proprietate în original;
– transmite contractele şi adresele de radiere în vederea radierii ipotecilor;
– întocmeşte şi actualizează situaţia imobilelor radiate de sub ipotecă.

PREGĂTIREA NECESARĂ POSTULUI

EDUCAŢIE
Studii de bază: Studii juridice superioare

EXPERIENŢĂ
Experienţă de minim 3 ani într-o poziţie similară.

CUNOŞTINŢE
– foarte bune cunoştinţe de legislaţie şi norme metodologice aplicabile în domeniul de activitate;
– bun utilizator al calculatorului şi al aplicaţiilor Microsoft Office;
