RESPONSABILITĂŢI
– activităţi de consultanţă juridică, cât şi de reprezentare în instanţă în cadrul litigiilor în materie civilă, comercial şi societar, recuperări de creanţă, executări silite, raporturi dintre profesionişti, litigiilor derivate din raporturile contractuale;
– redactarea cererilor de chemare în judecată, a întâmpinărilor, contestațiilor, notelor de şedinţă, concluziilor scrise, căilor de atac, şi întocmirea dosarelor pentru instanţă;
– metodologie de redactarea a contractelor sau actelor societare, redactare opinii juridice;
– urmărirea modificărilor legislative;
– excelente abilităţi de redactare juridică, exigenţă în exprimare verbală şi scriere;
– orientat către nevoile clienţilor, deschis spre a comunica cu aceştia şi a identifica soluţii pentru problemele lor;
– orice alte activităţi specifice profesiei, conform solicitărilor clienţilor.
