CANDIDAŢII VOR TREBUI SĂ ÎNDEPLINEASCĂ URMĂTOARELE CONDIŢII GENERALE
– să dovedească cunoştinţe juridice teoretice și practice temeinice de dreptul muncii;
– să aibă vechime în profesie între 2 – 4 ani post definitivat;
– să fie avocat definitiv cu experiență profesională relevantă în domeniul consultanței;
– să demonstreze raționament juridic riguros, capacitate de analiză și interpretare a dispozițiilor legale incidente raportat la particularităţile fiecărui proiect;
– să aibă cunoștințe avansate de limbă engleză (cunoașterea unei alte limbi de circulație internațională reprezintă un avantaj);
– să fie o persoană organizată, cu abilități de management al proiectelor;
– să aibă spirit inovativ, excelente abilităţi de comunicator şi de jucător în echipă.

BENEFICII

– fully fledged lawyer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Consumer Protection, Retail and Commercial;

ABOUT THE ROLE
As member of the BACIU PARTNERS team, you can expect to:
– provide legal advice to clients on complex and sensitive factual and legal matters regarding various laws and regulations applicable in the area of consumer protection/retail, including new technologies;
– review and prepare legal documents to be used by clients in relation to consumers (including general or specific Terms & Conditions, guarantee certificates), ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
– review and/or prepare commercial agreements governing the activities performed by clients on the Romanian market;
– represent clients in front of national authorities in the fields of relevance;
– participate in task forces of business associations active in consumer protection/trade legislation field (including assistance in drafting bills and amendments for legislative consideration);
– research legislation, as well as business and technological trends that are of interest for the industries where our clients are active.
