CANDIDATE PROFILE
Essential
· university degree from a top-tier academic establishment with a relevant academic record;
· valid practicing license as a lawyer in Romania;
· experience (at least three years) in dealing with multi-national clients and complex multi-disciplinary tasks;
· excellent command of English (written and spoken);
· strong organizational and coordination skills, particularly manifest in case files management, time management, multi-tasking and work under pressure.

Desirable
· solid background in business law, with a focus on contract law, competition & distribution, EU and foreign trade, capital markets;
