– întocmirea documentelor și îndeplinirea formalităților pentru înregistrarea D150;
– acordarea asistenței juridice în cadrul procedurilor de cercetare disciplinară și pregătirea documentației;
– pregătirea său revizuirea Regulamentului de Ordine Interioară și a Contractului Colectiv de Muncă pentru clienți;
– acordarea asistenței juridice clienților în spețe care privesc drepturi salariale, contestarea deciziilor de suspendare/modificare a contractelor de muncă, a deciziilor de concediere (pentru necorespundere profesională sau desființarea postului), a deciziilor de sancționare disciplinară, etc.;
– susținerea de workshop-uri pe teme din domeniul legislației muncii;
– realizarea de due diligence și pregătirea unor rapoarte cu neclaritățile sau neconcordanțele care pot apărea.

CE NE DORIM DE LA TINE
– studii superioare finalizate – specializare Drept;
– experiența de cel puțin 3 ani pe legislația muncii;
– cunoștințe de limba engleză la un nivel avansat (scris şi vorbit);
