CERINȚE
– o foarte bună cunoaștere a limbii engleze – imbaj juridic (atât la nivel conversațional cât și în redactarea documentelor);
– cunoștințe solide și experiență practică în domeniul litigiilor în materia dreptului comercial/societar, civil, contencios administrativ şi fiscal, penal (experiență de 3 – 4 ani);
– experienţă în reprezentarea clienţilor în faţa instanţelor de drept comun şi experienţă în relaţionarea cu instituţiile publice;
– abilități de comunicare, analiză și sinteză, abilităţi pentru desfăşurarea activităţii în echipă;
– cunoștințe temeinice în Microsoft Word;
– deţinere permis auto categoria B şi/sau disponibilitate pentru deplasări la instanţele din țară.
