QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
– the ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 years of professional experience as an in house lawyer or legal counsel, or working in a law/ insolvency firm, with a proven track record in dispute resolution;
– solid legal reasoning, thoroughness, ability to work on multiple projects, very good legal writing skills;
– good understanding of the insolvency law;
– related litigation experience so that can provide comprehensive commercial, civil and administrative consultancy and litigation services and to deliver fully integrated expert solutions;
– Bar membership;
– solid knowledge of civil and commercial law;
– fluency in written &spoken English is an advantage;
– team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable;
– coordinating roles will be considered an advantage.

You will join a collegiate litigation team and your work will imply advising liquidators, creditors, shareholders and directors on a broad range of pre and post liquidation disputes. From the outset you will gain exposure to the jurisdiction’s highest profile disputes, liquidations and restructurings.
