– >5 year of working experience in corporate and commercial law; expertise in Merger and Acquisition, and/ or Banking & Finance areas is a plus;
– professional experience in business environment/ corporations/ ex in-house lawyer is a plus;
– pro-active and self-driven attitude, attention to details, patience and a team player;
– excellent negotiation and communications skills;
– a good command of English language and specialized legal terminology.
